Return & Refund Policy

At Products of Propagandas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
Be in its original condition with all original tags attached.
Be free of stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
Be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.
Include proof of purchase or your order number.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Items marked as Final Sale.
Gift cards.
Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products returned without prior approval.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Do not send items back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product).

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, please contact us. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested size is unavailable, we will issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
